I don't know what you think a "cookie glitch" is, but the chances of someone's browser magically creating a cookie on the correct domain with the correct 32 character alphanumeric hash are astronomical. I've banned the forum account because you allowed a previously banned user to use it. As for the key - it looks like it's been given to you by someone else, and keys are non-transferable.
I can't see a reason to unban either.

The thing is, TommyTheGeek was my original RTB2/3 account for MOD Manager, and yes the key was offered by Xerces because of the whole Poiuyt thing.
