I just got HL2 ep2, spawned a zombine and it had missing textures.
Why is this :c
Please help.

Reinstall EP2 and run EP2 before running GMod then when finished run GMod.

Somehow i got it back, But I can't use the player model, still a missing texture

Well then, I'm at a loss. But you did play EP2 before playing GMod?
