The Castle in Super Mario 64 - The most Eerie location on the N64?

I remember basically never getting scared while playing Mario 64.
Probably because I had the balls to play Ocarina of Time instead.
Also I'm not a pusillanimous individual.

Super mario 64 was the only game that actually made me scared, and I played tons of scary games when I was younger.
