and i've tried soldier front and cs 1.6 (love it)

Same, but I was noclipin' earlier and I'm pretty sure I went round 5~6.

My laptops specs:
Intel Celeron Processor - 2.2 GHz
RAM: 2 GB (Gonna bump it up to 4 soon.)
Graphics: Some integrated crap. :/
I can run Gmod and CSS decently, so I'd say it's not the worst computer around. :o
