Scary experiences in video games.

Psychonauts was pretty scary in some parts, like when you're walking through the abandoned insane asylum and the freaking caretaker is like popping out of the walls. Flipped a kidney playing that level. Also, the meat circus, and:

Maybe more creepy than scary, but still. Imagine your a ten year old kid and you're fighting that.
