Go to servers with active hosts, look at their builds and if you want to be that good, watch them as they build. I really does help. Even going around really good builds and taking note of how they built a certain thing. Many BL clan apps I see I take the pictures and use them for exapmle on my builds.

Nice.

Also, try building things in real life. It gives you a definite goal. It gives you the opportunity to raise your attention to detail, and can give you ideas about how to build certain objects.

When you build smaller objects, like a chair or dresser, don't just settle for the first one you make. Try to make several different versions and pick from the best. It's not likely that your first draft will be your best.

All of the above is indeed true. I was gifted with the ability to watch TBC, USSR, and MotE members build when I first joined Blockland, and that helped tremendously. I guess it's whatever your learning style is, but I learn more through visual aid and watching people do stuff first, so It was great.

If you would like some lessons/tips in-game, I'd be more than happy to host a server for you whenever you'd like.

Freebuilds have been un-popular since V9, everyone wants to Race, RP or fight. Gotta be lucky to find a freebuild that has good builders and host is active.
