Black Ops multiplayer is pretty good in my opinion.
Not the best, but pretty good.

Black Ops: friend map designs, campers, no quickscoping, terrible graphics (not that I hate bad graphics, but it seems lazy on Treyarch's part), uncreative storyline, unmemorable characters, and terrible national socialist Zombies.
Save money, buy World At War if you want a Treyarch game.

I liked it a lot when it first came out. Multiplayer was fun, until all the hackers and stuff came in. But if I had the same feeling I had when I played it the first time, I would love it.

all treyarchs games have ridiculous small crosshairs so theres no need to ADS

Lol, I think the opposite. IW doesn't know how to take care of a game, or add good content to a game. A lot of the maps IW added to MW2 were just CoD4 maps except the graphics were redone. If your going to give me 3/5 CoD4 maps, don't charge me more money. And if you are going to judge a game by its crosshairs, you are pretty messed up.
