I play both games. I think they are equally fun. Minecraft is more of a sandbox/survival while Infiniminer is team-based competition.
Dropshock:
The dev forgeted up and released the source to the game, and lots of things were handled client sided. stuff went bad, servers were being forget up because you could place what ever blocks you wanted. The dev just went "meh" and dropped the game. I don't really know why he didn't try to fix it, it was a nice game.
