I called it cloak regeneration so people know what I'm talking about. You won't really cloak but it uses a battery that acts like cloak while in use.

No it's not. The spy is a support class, meant to aid the primary offense/defense by eliminating high-value targets like heavy-medic combos, snipers, and engi nests.

Im guessing you dont play tf2 much?
