New Project Ideas

I'm looking for an idea for a new project to take on. I'm leaning towards a new type of RPG, but i want it to be unique. Whether it's a straightforward storyline that you follow or an open realm style game, I'm undecided. I'm more centered around scripting as opposed to building so I would like to hear ideas for a unique system I can create or ideas for a setting.
Whether on a whim or thought out, I'll be thankful for your ideas. Oh and I was unsure if this should be in Suggestions & Requests, but decided it can be more discussion related.

People as in other players? Or some form of AI?

Okay well there's one option. Although I do want to steer away from a DM or TDM oriented project.
