It's not useless. Once you load actual emulators into it it acts as a library of games- like Steam for emulators. It beats the hell out of having a bunch of folders and either navigating them to through your emulator or finding them yourself. It's clean, slick, and has some nice features.

How to run games. (using MAME as a example)
1. download RomShelf
2. download MAME
3. put the MAME emulator in the MAME folder in the rom folder.
4. put a arcade rom in the MAME folder.
5. run RomShelf and press the pageup key till you find the MAME area of roms.
or however the forget you run it, this thing is goddamn complicated.

no stuff, it just wont run the damn things.
it leaves me at a grey screen when i try to run the loving things
