As far as the map goes, interesting edit for your first map... but I would suggest working on something a bit more in-depth before posting it. Also, you should get your own textures and such, instead of using others.

Hmmm...  I've never liked volcanoes.  They always look stretched and stuffty.
Though I agree, if you do make a volcano put platforms you can build on inside.
To many a volcano has been ruined by an uneven bottom.

Like imagine this. The sky resembles the interior of the volcano.

The water is piercing hot magma with some particles that would rise up that would resemble smoke or steam.

And then a few models (THat would be circular) with some towery rocks for building on too.

It would be easy, except for the sky.
