If you're going over the datablock limit, you shouldn't be running a server. You should only run a server with what is ESSENTIAL to whatever you are hosting.
Night Fox:
Each addon takes up more than one datablock. Usually.
Music, prints, and emitters take up one each.
Addons' datablocks would be their sounds, textures, models, and such.
But, for example, if an addon uses the same sound as another, that sound still takes up only one datablock.
At least, that's what I figured out on my own.
