The datablock limit )=<
slimabob:
This has nothing to do with memory. Here, let me sum it up.
Each addon has a size, or "datablock". An addon can have more that one datablock but the game counts the number of datablocks and, if the number is succeeded then it will disable a few. It has nothing to do with WHAT type of addons you have, it is how BIG the files are in general. I also fail to see why you would need so many addons that it exceeds the datablock limit in the first place.

3: Yes, there's a limit. The reason there is one is so it wont crash you, or your clients on a public server.

Can you look in your addons "enabler" GUI at "start a game" and tell me what addons are enabled? All of them that are enabled.
