no i know what that means, but "Other; better builders, scoff at his tower" that didnt make much sense, the way you worded whatever you were saying.

The punctuation I used, which you most likely got confused over, just signals pauses when one would read the sentence aloud.
"Other (thoughtful pause) better builders (brief pause) scoff at his tower."
Not trying to be elitist or anything; but I am most likely coming off as one. :P

Nothing at all, I was just continuing Block's reasoning. Though all this explanation has blown the comment out of context.
