All right, I'm calling it. Moderately armed group with orders to return fire wins.
The group sets off for the place where the unknown someone was seen.
Shortly thereafter, they return along with twenty-four nonhostile natives. (Now do you see why firing at will could have been a bad idea?)
The apparent leader of the natives' group establishes relationship with the leader of the town (us) and says that the shoreline toward the ocean is uninhabited, so it would be relatively safe for us to claim it.
An 'ambassador' of sorts stays behind to keep relationships between the two villages friendly.
Ally get: Natives. Land expansion get: Shorefront.
Looking out toward the shoreline from the top of the lumbermill.Last poll of the year (no not a real year):
More roads need to be built, and there's going to be housing built if any road is built. If you choose to build nothing, then nothing changes.
If you choose to build a road, the blue housing is built and the used-to-be curve becomes what's shown by yellow.
Believe it or not, this decision will have signifigant impact in future events.
Edit: Ahhh, can't get the poll to work! :C
