Badspot's RomShelf organizes emulators and roms. I don't think it's an actual emulator.
Edit: It's a front end, so it's not an emulator.

Yeah, I thought it had all of that emulation power when I saw the topic for it. Use M.E.S.S. if you want all that stuff.
