Extra colors?

Hazmat:

i made color set and random totally clear colors have appeared and one of the columns has become fused with the FX column. it looks like the right column until i scroll over it then it turns to the FX column and those extra clear colors appear. I've checked the text and everything i can't figure out what's wrong
