I'm sorry, this is for outside minigame useage.

Why would you need to respawn everybody outside a minigame?

You don't even need to use /resetminigame, just use events.

OnActivate>Minigame>RespawnAll

this is a good idea, because i was playing on a deathrun server last night and the killers weren't suiciding so that we could play another round. [i don't want to be a grammar king]

deathrun = minigame.
You don't need this add-on to do that.

The point of /respawnallplayers is actually for testing purposes. In the event you modify something that hinges on the player object, or people are running around with items they shouldn't have that they got from an exploit, this function remedies that.
