It's not a fact. Cryengine 2 (Crysis 1) looks much better then Cryengine 3 (Crysis 2). Cryengine 3 is optimized for consoles, which sucks.

Oh god that just went right over your head. The idea is that "looking better" cannot be proven, thus isn't a fact.

OPTIMIZING means that it can run better with less resources or an equal amount of resources
aka IT LOOKS THE SAME OR BETTER as crysis 1
