World Of Warcraft-A bit of a disappointment
yuki:
People like you being people who play on lower-grade computers. So yeah, people like you, regardless if you additionally play on a good computer.

He's being sarcastic. Raiding starts at a relatively high level, and you can't ride epic mounts until level 70 or 80, can't remember.
If you want, I'll friend you and make a character on your realm.
I personally love WoW. Lots to do.

Doesn't this count as "too cool for the internet"?

Also, Duke 3D isn't the original Duke Nukem. The graphical quality of Duke 3D is awful, but was good for the technology of the time, so it's understandable. It had good graphics. That's the difference. Duke 3D is a relic, WoW is a fully-operational modern-day game.

Minecraft.

Minecraft doesn't have bad graphics. It has an 8-bit art theme which fits with the 3D blocky world. While the players are surely under-developed, pursuing an 8-bit retro theme is not "bad graphics". Coupled with other types of rendering, vignetting, dynamic lighting, minecraft looks great.
