Until you learn how to spell without a computer helping you (I never use spell check ^.^), I don't think your game is going to be appreciated on any forum, even if you shape it up massively. Of course, since you need a computer to help you spell, that's probably not going to happen anyways.

Yes you can, go underwater and make a tower to the surface, then branch off of the top of the tower.

Please not thats costs a lot of Blocks to do that(and i really don't recommended that)you can do that for FREE using buildfree(1); Support only 1 Building Per Turn and Resets When Turn is ended!
