Update; Sorry I've been away from building the past few days, so here's an update; |

I'd probably reduce the height of the rooms. They are unnecessarily tall so far, but you can put "fake ceiling" there where you could hide vent shafts, lamps and other things. |

Tiles is over-used and all rooms don't have to be the same height. Bathroom should get like half the height. |
