Sorry I've been away from building the past few days, so here's an update;

I'd probably reduce the height of the rooms. They are unnecessarily tall so far, but you can put "fake ceiling" there where you could hide vent shafts, lamps and other things.

Yeah, I was actually considering lowering it about 3 or 4 bricks.

Tiles is over-used and all rooms don't have to be the same height.
Bathroom should get like half the height.
