iPhone app gifting megathread

I just noticed you can gift paid apps via App Store so I thought I would make a megathread about it since I remember someone doing it as well about Steam
How to gift
Simply find the app you want to gift and scroll down to "Gift This App" which is below the ratings page. Simply fill in the information (If someone does this, PM me what it asks specifically. I have to credit to find out) and even add a message and send it.
These instructions are for the app store on the iPhone, not the iTunes store on the computer
I want a gift!
