Exactly and it is LEGAL to jailbreak an iPod/iPhone or any phone thanks to the new DMCA exemption which specifically allow jailbreaking. What makes the matter ILLEGAL is when people are able to download Apps for free.

I am allowed to say I jailbroke my iPod but how I did it is ban-able but if it's legal to jailbreak... How is that being a pirate?

OT: I enjoyed "Cut the rope". Too easy but really fun.

This was more for apps, not gift cards
The section you dont understand simply means "How much are you willing to spend on others?"
