Take a picture by pressing your PrtScr/Print Screen key, then go to Paint in the start menu and go to edit and click paste, then save the image and upload it to an image hosting site like imageshack.us

WAIT. I got it. It's the lights. This happened on my old laptop, but now I have teh Mac.
It's a REALLY simple fix. Turn both dynamic lighting options in the advanced options off.
