The Canadian spellings are my favourite, especially "colour". It kinda helps that I'm Canadian, eh?

Jolly good show.
I think with some minor colour changes this could be a very nice build, the only thing you need to remember is that contrast is very important, so try and use a wide variety of colours that fit the style.
Freeze:
I think it's a nice build but you need to fill the rooms a bit more (ALSO, delete some tables and chairs and put something else there) and add some more colour.
Until you do these things it's going to have to be a no from me. Sorry.
Trifax:
It's not horrible, I like the bar counter, but overall I don't particularly like it. It seems functional though, which is a big part of a build. A build can look awesome, but if it's not functional so what.
