Mine is usually around 0.30 Mb/s, and I've hosted 14 player servers on my internet, 32 shouldn't be a big problem. Ping might be a little high, but it's 2000 miles away. And I still want to know why you want to host from a Virtual machine. |

But my dad said I can't give him a virtual machine so it wouldn't have worked anyway, thanks for the input though. |
