No the model isn't stolen. you can search all you want but you won't find it. It wasn't a hard model to make. It only took extruding and some sculpting.
I don't know how else to prove that It's my file though.

Yes, the top is sculpted.

Look at the morning star and compare it to the axe. Flail looks awesome, but axe looks... eguh. Not that I could model better, but still.

There's not much to do with the axe unless you have suggestions.

If you want to prove it's yours, give us a render in a scene where a blue, white, and black plane are under the flail.
I think it looks pretty nice though.
