I eat tons of stuff and never get fat
Even though you're lucky to have a high metabolism that eats away at fat, you're probably even less healthy than I am because your diet is crap.




I weigh 80 lbs and I'm 5'7"-ish
What the forget man, there's no way.

Also, run. Just loving run and don't eat awful stuff. You can run a lot farther than you think. As soon as you get tired, just keep running. I've run three miles like that before.

Depends on your situation.

I cant do much because I have no say in what crap my parents order/ serve.

and its either that or you dont eat dinner that night.

I would say, Try to find a workout routine.

One that works for you mabye even just like 30 minutes a day jogging around the neighborhood or something.

That and try to eat healthier when you can, drink less soda more water.

More salads less bacon wraped ham sandwhiches and such.

I started my diet on February 1st. I weighted 242lb.
I've only allowed myself 1,400 calories a day.
Every calorie I've put into my mouth I've cataloged to the best of my ability.
If I went out to eat or ate food my grandmother cooked I'd make an estimate, usually severely over-gauging it on purpose to ensure there is no overindulgence.

At the very start of the month my grandmother took me out to lunch at Taco Bell and I completely underestimated how many calories were in its food.
I reprimanded myself by taking the excess off the next day.


There were no other instances of going over the "ideal" limit of 1,400 calories a day. Aside from this one one instance, I never went over or even near the 2,000 hard-max.

End-Month Statistics


At the start of this new month, I weighed in at 229.5lb. That's over 10 pounds lost in 28 days.


And it's all thanks to a little excel worksheet.

Now get a streaming program like IE7 pro, and DL the songs to a Playable CD, or if your PC is in your room, turn those speakers up, and DANCE!

It burns a lot of energy off for me.

Also, running a mile a day is a good idea too.
