How do you move the camera around

So I still can move, but with the camera in a certain spot, not following my character.

I wanna make some dynamic movies. :3

Set a keybind to chase cam

When you click it your camera will stay still until you press it again.

Or press F8 when you're an admin.

You won't be able to move your player but your camera can move.

EDIT: If you want your camera to follow your path at a different pace you can use this.
