I'll try my best to get on tonight and start work on my office area then I guess we can call it finished for now, if the rest is done. If the rest of it is done, someone should take some pics and post 'em.

I'll do it. PM me when the HQ's officially finished. I love photography haha. My specialty is the lighting from different angles ( best with sunlight irl but this is a game haha ) and also flow. I dont take random DOFs nd stuff.

Okay, this server problem has gone far enough. My server's botched, and only certain people can connect, and even then it's a bitch.

And apparently this is getting so out of hand that Penguin/Person decided to make a new AoB topic about servers and schedules:

If any members of AoB have the ability to run an AoB server without inconveniencing their other activities, please send me a PM. A dedicated server would be nice, but one that could be hosted often wouldn't be bad either. The only thing I really need is for people to be able to get on. Send me the PM if you can and I will list all the add ons needed.


In other news, I am getting ready to launch AoBE. Currently, my qualifications for entry stand thus:

• AoB is a building clan. If you cannot build at all, you do not qualify. If you are great at eventing, but have little or no design or other building skills, you will be better off applying for an eventing clan. If you wish specifically to get into AoB, non-AoB members are allowed to attend building classes and/or ask for lessons from AoB members.
  
  
• AoBE is the eventing section of AoB. All members of AoB, whether or not they are in AoBE or not, must be able to build well and decorate their evented contraptions. If you aren't the best at building but are top of the line at eventing, your building skills will still be considered. Even if you do make it in, you will find it much harder than the builders to rank up, and will likely start at Trainee. Other members will be glad to help you along, though.
  
  
• One who is an excellent builder and can overcome any building challenge and create a real masterpiece will still not qualify for AoBE if his or her eventing is not up to par. Likewise to Building classes, an AoBE member, or even just an experienced AoB eventer, may teach Eventing classes.

Jake/Rem, I would really love to host occasionally for the clan. Would it work to be the host of specific projects, not just an overall host on certain days? Like, on certain days of the week, work on certain projects is being done?

If that would work, I have two projects the clan can work on, and improve on, as a build practice and just for fun. As mentioned before, it's the Ski Resort which is only 1/8 done. I'm also working on a Sniper CTF that is (right now) just a TDM with virtually no terrain. I want to change it, and I have ideas in mind, but help of the clan would be just awesome.

I messaged Rem about it, but for the public: I can host weekdays after 3 PM PST and I'm looking into an auto-save feature because for whatever reason my dedi's don't work. Would be more than happy to host for the clan occasionally, just not next week. I'm on spring break and in California. I should be active still, just not able to host.

I'm only gonna be in L.A for a little bit, we're touring USC (ooh fancy) but otherwise we're going from San Diego/Carlsbad to L.A. for a bit, then to Palm Springs.
