I remember when NWB tackled a cruise ship, and pretty much couldn't do it. They didn't even finish Marzipaan, but that was a damn good floating city (at least as far as I could tell, they only half finished it).

You were added to the blacklist in the past, and therefore you are still blacklisted now :p

It has been a while, and AoB has had a particularly inactive year. However, I am happy to say that we have almost completed the Sepia Mansion.

Here is a picture I took in-game of the top outside area:

We are still working on a few of the interior rooms. By the time we're done with that I will post more interior shots and the credits where they are due.

It's quite late in the year, AoB is nearing this winter's shutdown, and apps will soon not be taken. However, you may start on one now, and when AoB reopens for 2012, you may app then. You could apply now, but I would highly recommend you wait.
