Because I have troubles understanding it myself:
Look at the expressions and compare it to what they're saying.
In the bottom right, could represent several people who have gotten banned for saying the BL forums is the worst place to be but then come back several times. What I imagine is that this person is picturing anyone who has valid evidence of them being an alt is someone with snot coming out of their nose, mouth on the wrong side of the head, and an arrow for a hand. They picture this because of their ignorance to what the real problem is. Of course, they probably aren't thinking like that. It's just a 10 second MS paint job with minimal thought on the idea.
