This may cause a tiny lag spike when the light changes, but that's hardly anything.
Unless he turned up the speed again.

I had a feeling something like this was going to be released. Good job dren, good job.

It was fairly slow, but there was a lot of lag when the light started to change to sunrise.
Unrelated to that but is it possible to have events for when its day or night? It would be cool for zombie survival games.

Is there any way to change the visible distance? This is really good, but I want to use it on my really big builds... I've tried change it myself using the mission editor, but when I try to active it, I crash...

i know its supposed to be dark, but the purpose of a light is supposed to make the surrounding area visible, and it doesent seem to work, its exactly like the destruct map

The light would work on bricks perfectly.
The ground has no reflectivity naturally.

i tryed planting a 16x16, it barely did any good, the thing went to completely black at the edge

Just give it some time to brighten up.
Hell, type daycheck(); in your console a few times if you're really impatient.

It advances ingame time by one hour if you put it in the server console.
The next version will have a /daycheck command.

May I suggest that you include events such as OnDay and OnNight, perhaps even OnHour... I still would really like a version of sorts that drops down the Visible Distance...


So. I should put off making my zombie RP until TOMORROW when this gets updated.I sure hope it does, I don't want to have to beat you with a cucumber
