Help! I can't start up a server!

So, when I start up a server, I get the Squlite (or something) error, and it shuts down again. I just re-installed it, and it still does it. I'm on Windows XP, so, HELP? I give a cookie to anyone who helps me.

Delete your cache.db in your Blockland folder then try again.
