My TF2's being wonky

Captain Crazy:

I ran into two problems recently with TF2. My mouse, instead of aiming, has been moving my character in the direction that the mouse is moving. The other is that backspace doesn't function anymore, but the key works fine outside of TF2. I have no idea what's causing this. Has anyone else ran into this problem or am I alone?

(It also appears that I can't access developer console in singleplayer, same issue with Gmod)

It's not physically, because I know a few games that have that ALT+Mouse = move feature. It's the game.
