Its not a smp, Its just a creative server...

Even if he does, or does not spawn, it's still a SMP server.
Even if it's a SMP in a "Creative" aspect, SMP has a bigger load of bricks than Creative does, and a lot of new interesting things, thus SMP can never be named "Creative".
