No he's not.
He's a lot different than he was when/before he got banned.
Not sure if the ban caused it or if he just matured while he was gone.
And he know I'd be mad if he did, so there's like no chance of that lol.

I do believe that it's nice that the people get a second chance.
And GBH is the only one who I'm so far not happy about.
