The random items were a bit annoying. Maybe not giving you the same ones twice, but at least vaguely choosing like "sniper class"

But what if newbies go automatics all the time?
It keeps the game interesting and fancy, although it kills off the "competitive" factor.

Basically, you get to experience all types of weapons without everyone selectively choosing one because it works the best

Boo! Tier Tactical! Their reloading animations suck and their guns look inflated!
Better guns include:

-Midway Sentinel's MA5C

-Midway Sentinel's M45 (Still in beta)

-Yndaa and Rykuta's L4D2 weapon set

-CnS Firearms (Same crappy animations, but at least they look ok)

-Solarflare's Revolver (Includes Akimbo)

-Demian's Snowball

-etc

But other than that, I say awesome, great work

So the server has been hosting this "oilrig" tdm for the last day or two, I was wondering about either adding a copy 'oilrig' to that build and making it a TDM, or adding the trains to the trainyard TDM, and maybe even getting more weapons from other packs. Does either sound like a good idea?

T+T only is your best bet.

Applying oil rig to the train would be tough. I don't think it'd work well.

I meant, for the oilrig build, a separate build which is hosted separatly, making two oilrigs and having them fight each other.
I never said anything about combining trainyard and oilrig.

It's a up and down map mostly, with little horizontal space
Try it; I can't tell where it might go. However, due to the compact space, certain weapons will work better or worse compared to your Trainyard TDM

You should host this way more than the Oilrig DM, because, truthfully, the gameplay is better as direct result of Bushi's great build.

Bushi also built Oil Rig, which I saved on 2/1/11.
Oilrig's gameplay is much different than Trainyard so it's hard to compare
