Frog's Weaponry (I.5) R.2 Released

Well, I could try making "Hawk-Eye", and for its properties, no raycasting and maybe a 80 damage hit / 200 damage (headshot). But for now, let me focus on I.3. Don't forget to drop by if you see my server up and check out any pre-private-release content. (If I have the stuff activated)
