The rocket isn't what I'm referring to, it's fine, the launcher looks odd with the smiley face though.

Hmm...not quite sure, I do agree that it does need character though, without something it will look extremely bland.
I recommend adding..I just got an idea, since the gun still lacks some sort of aiming mechanism, why not think of some special shape for it? (Iron sight)
