Would anyone be able to just tell me simply how to replace models of things in blockland with ones made in sketchup?

Find a way to convert the .skp into a .blend or .ms3d, add a joint using either program, export to .dts, replace name in script, replace .dts in file folder.
Since Google was invented for a reason, you should now search these things.
