I could be wrong about what I said, but this may help me out.

The file sharing (ex. Voicemail feature). You plan to use P2P file sharing? I have tried this, and failed. I checked a Visual basic forum topic to find it was not supported.
And isn't handling web objects (ex. Filtering files) not supported as well?

Wait, basic doesn't have a networking library?
Either it does, and you can do anything, or it does not, and you can't do stuff, there isn't much room for a middle standard.

The Voicemail feature is done.

You have the option to download the message, but it displays remotely on the server from the Voicemail Manager.
