Otherwise it would be illegal to use it in some countries.

Remember that using/running it is an explicit right in some countries. If you don't grant this in the license it would be illegal to use PB in those countries.

You really should make an EULA. Just for your own protection. Without one some crazy person could say this broke his computer and sue you.
