Author Topic: Could I get sick from this?  (Read 2755 times)

Jesus, stop worrying over such small things. Nothing will probably happen. I sometimes taste the flavoring in which the chicken has been and I am still alive.

Flavoring? You mean liquid smoke?

In all seriousness, yeah, you can get sick but only if the chicken had a disease in the first place. Eat a raw cabbage salad, you can add anything but salt. Will help purge out anything you have in your system. Oh, and it can take about 9 hours to kick in. You're gonna have blood in your stuff and a pretty high fever if it's a parasite. If it's a bacteria, just a fever, only stronger.

No. It does not have to be diseased. You can get sick from eating meat raw even if it is not diseased. Also Azzurolix you are a loving idiot who does not know anything useful I kindly ask that you do not attempt to post anymore in this topic. On the other hand you now have a chance of getting salmonella.

What the hell is liquid smoke?

You can't get salmonella just because said spoon was used to fill the chicken.

doublepost

Liquid smoke is what it says on the tin. You marinate meat in it and it tastes just like it's been smoked over a bonefire.

No you can get salmonella from raw meat. handling animals ( Such as Chickens) , and raw eggs. So if you stick a spoon in a chicken take it out and lick the spoon you have a high chance of getting salmonella do to the poultry being wrong. Please stop trying to be a loving genius and face the facts.

What. I'm not trying to be a genius, I'm stating what I know.

Aren't salmonella eggs supposed to lay in the actual meat? Either that or in the soft tissue?

Now you are pretending you know what salmonella does. It does not lay eggs.
