I banned Herecy and Dr.Frank for 3 hours, i might extend it. Herecy keeps giving frank a gun, and then frank gets 6 stars via Flash Mob(#R7) and then he arrests him for the money. The Law forbids that.

With permission i'll reset both of their accounts, or i'll give them one more chance and if i catch them doing it again i'll reset them.

I suppose the Pickpocket is broken, if not, try to click on the player, but they must have money on their pockets, not their bank. (you must be criminal to do this (plus its best to do it in the back)).
