Changed title, and then once we load the build we then have to place all the bricks for labor, banks, pd, all of that annoying stuff including spawns.

I just IRC'd surb (I'm Zed-36 ingame) and he said we SHOULD be up within a few hours if we're lucky.
He also said I don't bother him :3
