私 = watashi, while technically gender-neutral, is usually only used by females.
ナット = "natto" doesn't really translate this way, it doesn't really mean "balls" in Japanese.
なめる = nameru (lick), this is the "infinitive form", which basically means you're saying that your nuts are licked.
